Mobotix Webcam installed by Victor Harbor Security situated overlooking Franklin Island. It is a unique residential development minutes from picturesque Victor Harbor. Constructed by the Adelaide Development Company, on the site of the original harness racing track, Franklin Island locals enjoy the ambience of its surrounds - a seawater lake with a recreational beach and picnic area only a short walk to the to one of my favourite cafes - "The Boulevard Cafe on the Lake".
Unfortunately the Google map does not have a current view of the new development, interestingly however it shows the original harness racing track now relocated.
